The Tanager house (7 BR, 8 Bath) is a new contemporary tropical villa that fuses eastern and western design influences for the ideal tranquil vacation retreat. Four levels host 7 bedrooms all with AC, 8 bathrooms, a large living/dining area, fully furnished kitchen, and a private swimming pool with full deck. This home can sleep up to 16 people and can be rented as a 3, 5, or 7 bedroom home.
Upon entrance through the front doors, guests are greeted with a spectacular view and a great sense of openness with the main living area, kitchen and dining room which are all centrally located around an inviting swimming pool and deck with views of the rainforest and coastline below. The highest villa on our hilltop estate, the ocean views from this vantage point gaze upon the miles of untouched crescent shaped coastline to the north of Quepos. Large picture windows and sliding glass doors create a bright and airy ambiance and allow guests to truly enjoy the surrounding nature. A large furnished western style kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances and amenities you will need.
Upstairs of the main level you will find a breezy open air terrace which leads to three bedrooms. One features a queen size bed with a large bathroom with marble countertops and a sensuous Jacuzzi tub with gorgeous rainforest, sunset, and ocean views. The second bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom. Our third bedroom has a private balcony overlooking all of Quepos and the coast, a double bed and private bathroom.
Below the main two levels are two additional floors which host the fourth and fifth bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen. These lower two levels have their own independent entrance and can also be utilized as a separate private apartment unit. One room has a queen size bed and the other a double bed with rainforest views.
Across the main home in a separate unit, is our 6th bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and private balcony to enjoy the view. Below this unit is another separate apartment with its own kitchen, TV, dining table, bathroom, wide views, and the seventh bedroom with Queen size bed, large windows with views and a private bathroom.
Worldy treasures adorn Villa Tanager and there is a tropical feel throughout the home. This villa is perfect for large groups who look for privacy, but want to be close together. Wedding parties, family reunions, bachelor/ette parties, corporate events are all some of the special occasions that can be held at Villa Tanager. This home can also be rented as a 5 or 3 bedroom home for a discounted rate.
Green areas cover a large portion of the estates with 5 km of hiking trails with small creeks, waterfalls and an observation tower.
